Corporate Tenancy Management

Our Corporate Tenancy Management service is designed to provide support to corporate clients by administering all aspects of the tenancy throughout the assignee’s stay in the UK.

Our service includes:

  • Overseeing the payment of rent, utility and council tax bills, TV Licences, furniture rental etc.
  • First point of contact for the employee and liaison with agents and landlords to facilitate the resolve of any property maintenance issues, inspections or legal issues arising.
  • Maintenance of individual balance sheets for each assignee. Regular reporting to client company as required.
  • Lease closure and departure, including arrangement of end of tenancy clean, check out and deposit retrieval.
  • Reconciliation of each account following assignee's departure.
