Our Home Search service can be tailored to suit the needs of relocating executives and their families at any level. Whether home search is required as a standalone service or combined with our school search service, our experienced home search consultants are on hand to help.

Our home search service includes:

  • In-depth preliminary discussion with the assignee and their family to establish the home search criteria, and the logistics of the trip.
  • Arrival information pack with our welcome to the UK guide, local area map, transport plans and timetables, local amenity information, information on driving in the UK, details of expatriate banking options, National Health information and Mail Made Easy Guide. The pack can be augmented with information specific to the client as required.
  • 'Welcome to your new home pack' including Landlord signed Tenancy Agreement, Property Management Contact information, Utility company details, Gas / Electricity Safety Record, Energy performance Certificate, Check In report and inventory, Standing order mandate for rental payments.
  • Detailed market research in accordance with the assignees housing requirements, and creation of an itinerary for the accompanied home search day.
  • Accompanied viewing of properties and school visits.
  • Negotiation of favourable lease terms and advice on legal compliance, lease preparation and execution, and advice on initial payments.
  • Attendance at inventory check-in, and provision of a report with digital photographs.
  • Transfer of Council Tax, gas, electricity, and water supply.
  • Advice on telephone, internet and satellite services.
  • Supervision and facilitation of any pre-move refurbishment and repairs and management of any related issues.
  • Provision of a quote for contents insurance.
